This recipe is incredibly simple and takes less than 45 minutes to make. The lamb and beef kebabs fit into a ketogenic diet perfectly while feeling incredibly indulgent. Ingredients:

Kebabs

Rice

  • 2 cups cauliflower rice

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • salt to taste

Let’s Do This!

  1. Preheat oven at 450F.

  2. Puree medium onion in food processor or blender. Strain excess liquid.

  3. In a large mixing bowl combine onion puree, garlic, egg, lamb, beef, and spices. For best result, combine with your hands.

  4. Separate mixture into 10 tube shaped kebabs. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

*We line our baking sheets with tin foil for easy clean up!

5. Bake at 450F for 20-25 minutes.

6. In a skillet, combine cauliflower rice ingredients, stir until butter melts and cauliflower is cooked.

7. Enjoy your feast!
