Keto Pizza is an amazing way to make the ketogenic lifestyle sustainable. Unfortunately, many recipes don’t have a delicious crust. After much experimentation, we have made an amazing crust that almost tastes like the real thing!

 

Total Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 4

Macros for 1/4 of crust (toppings not included): Calories: 536 Fat: 42g Net Carbs: 8g Protein: 34g

 
 

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese

  • ¼ Cup Cream Cheese

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 ½ Cup Almond Flour

  • Desired sauce

  • Desired toppings

Let’s Do This!

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Add cheeses to microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 60 seconds then stir to combine

  3. Add eggs and almond flour stirring quickly. Return to microwave quickly if cheese becomes to hard.

  4. Roll dough to between ¼ and ⅛ inch thickness. Use parchment paper otherwise dough may stick.

  5. Bake on parchment paper at 400F for 10 minutes. Tap pan on a hard surface to remove bubbles.

  6. Add desired toppings. Return to oven for 12-15 minutes until edges of crust are golden brown.

  7. Let your pizza cool and enjoy!
